Our expertise
Meet Finn
Finn Brack is a qualified Civil Engineer, graduating with Honours from Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
He began his career as a Project Engineer in Southeast Queensland before taking on the role of Coastal Engineer at the City of Gold Coast (2021–2024), where he was the responsible assessing officer for hundreds of Prescribed Tidal Works development applications. During this time, he developed an in-depth understanding of tidal development legislation and compliance requirements specific to waterway structures across the Gold Coast region. He also played a key role in developing and refining the City’s internal assessment processes for tidal works applications.
Most recently, Finn served as a Development Engineer at Port Macquarie Hastings Council, further expanding his expertise in development assessment and regulation—this time within the New South Wales planning and legislative framework. With hands-on experience across both QLD and NSW systems, Finn offers clients comprehensive guidance that spans multiple jurisdictions.
